Blythe was originally outdated as it was left in its built-in condition from the 1970s, it was completely remodeled to suit the needs of a young family of four.

We remodeled the interior level one to accommodate to the family’s entertaining and hosting needs, a dry kitchen, a wet kitchen, a guest bedroom and a helper’s room. At the second level, the master bathroom was enlarged while the two junior bedrooms were designed to be of the same size with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between. The family area was transformed to a see-through study room so the entire family can spend the afternoons doing work together.
